Return Policy
+ All Sales are final, however, our aim is to achieve
utmost customer satisfaction. Please read the following
information and contact us if you have any questions
before ordering.
+ Returns are only accepted in the event the
item arrives broken or damaged as a result of
mishandling by either ChristmasDazzle or its Manufacturers
+ All items are shipped via UPS and are Insured.
Any Shipping related damage will be handled by
the shipping company.
+ If the product you receive is damaged, you
MUST make note of damages on the truck bill of
lading or immediately notify your UPS driver to
mark any damages on their shipping form. YOU MUST
MAKE NOTE OF ANY DAMAGES BEFORE THE SHIPPING CLERK
LEAVES YOUR PREMISES.
+ Please open your cartons and identify all materials
immediately upon receipt of shipment. This is
to ensure all items ordered are present and intact.
+ All returns must be made within 10 days of
date of receipt of shipment.
+ Customer is responsible for return freight
costs (including pickup fees, if applicable.)
+ No merchandise can be returned without prior
authorization from ChristmasDazzle staff. Notification
by email is acceptable through our website contact
form: http://www.christmasdazzle.com/contact.htm.
+ Most of our products are not recommended for
outdoor use unless expressly noted, and Christmas
Enterprises (aka: Christmas Dazzle, aka The Art
of Christmas) is not responsible for any damage
caused by the weather.
+ Any product that has been subject to misuse,
improper storage, unauthorized modification, unauthorized
repair, neglect, alteration, improper installation
or other acts which are not the fault of Christmas
Dazzle, including damage caused by shipping can
not be returned.
